Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to submit fraudulent or misleading job applications
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform
- Use automated tools to abuse or overload our infrastructure
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Share your account credentials with third parties
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@iqautoapply.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All prices are shown at checkout. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by IQAutoApply and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that applications submitted will result in employment.
Limitation of Liability
